GP and Paramedic Appointments
Whilst we remain in a pandemic, consultations are undertaken by telephone in the first instance. Please contact the Patient Services Team on 01363 82333 before 11am to be placed onto the same day telephone list. We cannot offer a specific time slot for a call back, a doctor or our paramedic will telephone patients based on clinical need. If, following a telephone consultation with the doctor or paramedic you require a same day appointment, this will be made available to you.
A limited number of pre-bookable telephone appointments are available with the GPs for ongoing care, please contact the Patient Services Team to book a telephone consultation.
Please note that all our doctors will have access to your records for consultation purposes and, although we respect your wish to speak with a specific doctor, your choice of appointments will be greatly enhanced if you are prepared to speak with whoever is available.
Ante-natal clinics are by appointment and can be booked directly with our midwife.
Physiotherapy appointments are by telephone in the first instance.
Practice Nurse and Healthcare Assistant appointments are available to book daily for urgent healthcare needs, some services are currently unavailable due to the pandemic. Please contact the Patient Services.
If you are unable to keep an appointment please let us know as soon as possible so that someone else can have the appointment.
Online Consultation service - e-Consult, enables you to access the practice 24 hours a day, seven days a week from your PC, tablet or mobile phone. It is a convenient and efficient, secure portal. E-Consult is a great way of seeking general advice, prescription queries, administration enquiries such as writing a letter or completing a form and we will respond to you within one working day.
Home Visits and Emergency Calls
These are provided for the housebound and those who are genuinely too ill to be moved. Please telephone requests for visits before 11am on 01363 82333.
When the Practice is closed, please call 111 when you need medical help fast but it's not a 999 emergency. Calls are free from landlines and mobile phones. You should use the NHS 111 service if you urgently need medical help or advice but it's not a life-threatening situation. For immediate, life-threatening emergencies, continue to call 999.
