Complaints and SuggestionsWe would welcome your views on the service we provide, and any suggestions for improvement. We have a secure patient suggestion box available in the waiting area for general comments or you can use the form below to send your comment. Medical matters and official complaints cannot be dealt with via the above form. If you have a query regarding a medical matter, please telephone reception to make an appointment to see the appropriate person or request that a GP call-back. PACT is a service to provide patients, family members, the public and staff with help, advice and support with concerns or comments relating to NHS services. When the Practice is closed, you should use the NHS 111 service if you urgently need medical help or advice but it's not a life-threatening situation. Calls are free from landlines and mobile phones. For immediate, life-threatening emergencies, continue to call 999. |
